How to book!!
- Schedule your booking call! On the call you will Pay your discounted Session fee of $350 and set up your Pre Session Payment Plan for either our minimum purchase of $1800 or for one of our collections starting at $2800
- Our payment plans are 20% down and 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly payments! Save an extra 5% if you want to pay in full instead of utilizing a payment plan! Downpayment due within 2 weeks of booking your session!
- Your required prepayment plan can be for the $1800 minimum order, which gets you our Matted Mini Box, a hand crafted linen box with 6 mounted and matted prints.

What does a Shoot Day look like?
You will typically plan to arrive at 10:00 AM or 2pm on the day of your shoot. We will jump right into hair and makeup, then try out outfits, choose your favorites and get to work! Typically, we finish shooting by 1 PM or 4pm and then I’ll send you out to lunch or dinner for about 90 minutes while I retouch your portraits and prepare your gallery. When you come back from your meal, that’s when we have your Viewing and Selection Session and you get to see all of your beautiful images for the first time!
How do I purchase my portraits?
For these sessions a purchase is required. How much you want to purchase, that is up to you, but all of our clients do fall in love with their images!! I require all clients to set up prepayment plans, this is a great way to fit your purchase into your budget and have everything paid for before your session date.
Terms & Conditions
This is a Non refundable payment to reserve a session space with The Hawk & Sparrow for the calendar year 2024 or 2025. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, Session Fees, Session Vouchers and payments made are not refundable should you decide to cancel your session. In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are not negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances.
– Sale Sessions are good for Session dates during the calendar year of 2024 and 2025 only. Failure to redeem during that time will result in forfeiture.
– This Birthday sale is good for ONE Session date only. Any rescheduling will void promotion and $400 Session fee balance will be due to select new date (normal Session Fee is $750).
– Please keep in mind we book many seeeipme 3-6 months in advance, and it is up you the customer (YOU) to reach out to book your session date before we become fully booked. Should the studio be fully booked by the time you reach out, you will be placed on a waiting list for any cancellations. Refunds will not be given due to the Studio being fully booked, it is of the utmost urgency that you reach out to book your Session as soon as possible.
– Prepaid Sessions may NOT be transferred to another person. The person who paid for the Session must be the person to sign the contract and arrive for the Session.
– Prepayment for our MINIMUM PURCHASE of $1800 is REQUIRED. All clients must set up their Pre Session Payment Plan for at least the minimum purchase on the same phone call for which the Session date is selected. Please review the pricing guide and be fully prepared for your Booking phone call.
-Choosing to purchase a collection during your Voucher Redemption/Booking call will allow you access to 10% off your collection with payment plan OR 15% off your collection if paid in full! Collections start at $2800
